DESCRIPTION:Here at Healthy West Orange\, September means Healthy Selfie
 \, and this year it’s the 10th Anniversary!!\nShow us how YOU rock you
 r healthy journey. And\, bonus points\, this selfie could win you a Gran
 d Prize Gift Pack of theme park tickets\, gift cards\, and MORE valued a
 t $500!!\n\n\n\nBONUS: to add to the Healthy Selfie celebration\, we’r
 e giving away two one-year YMCA Family Memberships for honorable mention
 s!\nHere’s how it works! Submit your healthy selfie between 9/1 and 9/
 17\, then come back and vote for your favorite from 9/18 to 9/21. Then\,
  on Thursday\, September 24\, we’ll announce our three winners. Got qu
 estions? We’ve got answers!\n\n\n\nWhat’s a Healthy Selfie?\nSo what
  makes a selfie a healthy selfie? We’re pretty flexible. Cooking with 
 your kids\, walking your dog\, swimming\, hiking\, gardening\, biking\, 
 yoga\, sports… Heck\, even mowing the yard works! And what about menta
 l wellbeing? Quality time with friends and family\, meditation\, learnin
 g a new skill… those can be used for healthy selfies too. It doesn’t
  have to be taken in “selfie mode”\, it can be taken with any camera
 \, but it does have to be a photo with yourself/your friends and family 
 in it.\nWhat’s not a healthy selfie? You could probably figure that ou
 t yourself\, but a couple of examples are: chowing down on a cheeseburge
 r\; binge watching on the couch\; just looking at the camera with a cute
  filter. None of these are healthy selfies.\nHow do I submit my selfie?\
 nYou can email it to selfie@healthywestorange.org or post it on Facebook
 \, Twitter/X\, or Instagram using #healthyselfie and @healthywestorange.
  If you post it on social media\, be sure the post is public and to tag 
 Healthy West Orange so we can see it.\nWhat’s the deadline?\nYour entr
 y must be received before 12:00 pm (noon) on Thursday\, September 17.\nI
 s there a limit?\nWe encourage you to take as many healthy selfies as yo
 u want\, but for the contest it’s three selfies per individual. So\, p
 ick your best!\nHow will my selfie be used?\nWhen you submit a selfie\, 
 you’re agreeing to let us use it for marketing purposes. For instance\
 , you might see your selfie in the Windermere Observer\, West Orange Tim
 es\, on our social media channels\, or the local YMCAs. The winners will
  be featured on the orangeobserver.com website\, Healthy West Orange web
 site\, and more places around town.\nHow are you judging the selfies?\nF
 irst\, we’re looking for fun\, healthy images. Second\, we’re lookin
 g for creativity. But remember\, while we choose the finalists\, YOU cho
 ose the winners of the Grand Prize Pack! The Family Fun category photo w
 ill be chosen by our guest judges\, our friends at YMCA of Central Flori
 da\, and win a one-year Family Membership to the YMCA\, worth over $1\,0
