FLAVOR FEST: A Taste of Horizon West is an Annual Food & Music Festival celebrating our community’s shared love of delicious flavors!

Date: Saturday, November 8th, 2025

Time: 5pm – 9pm

Location: 14111 Shoreside Way (Green Space next to Hamlin Garage)

Dozens of Restaurants, Caterers, Food Vendors and Local Businesses will come together for this annual outdoor culinary extravaganza!

Applications must be submitted by October 18th to participate. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS ONLY

Participation in Flavor Fest is a promotional opportunity for restaurants, caterers and food and beverage vendors to showcase their culinary creations to the Horizon West community.  Businesses must provide food or beverage samples for up to 700 guests. Come prepared with flyers, printed menus and/or business cards to ensure guests turn into repeat customers.

Food & Beverage Tasting Booth: NO FEE
Must provide food or beverage samples for up to 700 attendees. Includes 10×10 space and 4 wristbands for your team. **10×10 tent available upon request.
