E-GO Depot is seeking a hands-on, organized E-Bike Technician & Repair Coordinator to lead their service department. This role combines advanced e-bike repair work with service coordination, customer communication, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical bike systems
- Troubleshoot electrical components including motors, controllers, displays, and batteries
- Perform advanced repairs and safety inspections
- Coordinate service scheduling and repair workflow
- Communicate repair timelines and updates with customers
- Manage parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bicycle or electric vehicle repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and multimeters
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Bosch, Shimano STEPS, or Specialized certifications
- Experience in a high-volume repair environment
- Passion for e-bikes, sustainability, or micromobility
