Our 5Ks always have a virtual option happening all September long! Complete your 5K any way you like, on your own time from September 1-30. Bike the West Orange Trail, hike at Oakland Nature Preserve, rollerblade around your neighborhood, it all counts. If you want to break it up into smaller segments, go for it! We go by the honor system, so don’t worry about sending in proof of completion. We’re just here to encourage everyone to get active!
Participants receive a free race T-shirt and medal to show off their healthy accomplishment! (Quantities are limited, first come – first served)
If you’d like to join a group to complete your 5K, our in-person 5K event is on Saturday, September 12 beginning at Orange Technical College West Campus in Ocoee! We’ll enjoy walking or running 3.1 miles along the West Orange Trail as a community. Open to all ages and abilities – you can go at your own pace. Our 5Ks are not timed or competitive.
