Major developments are underway in Horizon West! Crossline Community Church has announced big updates regarding their permanent campus and upcoming building plans right here in Horizon West.
If you’ve spent any time driving down Old YMCA Rd on a weeknight or weekend, you already know that something special is happening at Crossline Park. What started as a vision for a future church home with room for youth sports has quickly turned into one of the most vibrant community gathering hubs in Horizon West.
From Sunday Services to Weekly Sports Hub
Currently, Crossline Community Church gathers every Sunday morning at Windermere Preparatory School (services at 9:15 AM and 11:00 AM). While the Sunday experience continues to welcome local families for worship and kids’ programs, the church’s day-to-day community impact has already taken root at its permanent land.
Crossline owns a 15-acre property located at 17922 Old YMCA Road in Winter Garden. Known as Crossline Park, this site is already bustling with energy, welcoming thousands of local residents, athletes, and families each week for sports practices, youth leagues, and regional tournaments.
What’s Currently on the Property:
- 8 Athletic Fields: Featuring nearly 5 acres of turf, hosting soccer, flag football, lacrosse, and community rec leagues.
- The Crossline Fieldhouse: Located at 17936 Old YMCA Rd, serving as the main ministry office, community space, and home to Sunday night Student Ministries (Middle School & High School).
- Community Events: Large seasonal events that are open to the public have included their Easter EGGstravaganza, Fall Festival and more.

The Next Chapter: Building a Permanent Home
The big news for Horizon West residents is that the long-term master plan for Crossline Park is moving full steam ahead.
Crossline isn’t just building a traditional church facility, they are intentionally integrating faith, family life, and youth activities into one unified campus. The vision for the upcoming build includes:
- A Permanent Church Facility: A dedicated worship center designed to host Sunday morning services, mid-week gatherings, and local outreach events.
- An On-Site Preschool: Providing much-needed early childhood education options for young families.
- Expanded Athletic Infrastructure: Enhancing existing sports fields and spectator areas to continue serving the thousands of local athletes using the park weekly.
