We are REVVED UP about a new gas station!

Located in The Mark along Seidel Road, the new 7-Eleven station is state of the art, providing relief for many residents. The station is set up with 16 fuel pumps and a 3,010 square foot convenience store.

In addition, Tesla has filed permits for electric charging stations. The EV area will feature 16 charge posts, 4 supercharger cabinets and a pad mounted utility charger. There will also be waste management and recycling onsite installed by Tesla. Whether these EV charging stations are part of the 7-11 property or adjacent is yet to be confirmed.
