A vendor application must be submitted for review to become a vendor. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance to the market. All applications will be reviewed, and an emailed approval will be sent if you are accepted as a vendor. We do our best to review applications weekly.

POLICIES:

  • Set up will be 8am – 9:45am
  • Horizon West Happenings must approve all products intended to sell at market. Should your product or business change you must notify HWH and obtain approval.
  • Application approval will be emailed from HoneyBook – Horizon West Happenings (check spam folder!)  Approvals will include payment information.
  • Payment to secure vendor space is due within 48 hours of approval and is non-refundable or transferable.
  • This is not a flea market. You are to keep your booth and surrounding area organized, clean, and clear of trash during the event.
  • No items will be handed out by walking around the market.
  • Vendors and their staff will come dressed appropriately for the event.
  • Vendors and their staff are not permitted to smoke on market grounds.
  • Children under the age of 12 must have a caregiver during market hours. No children under the age of 18 may be left unattended.
  • Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their tents, equipment, or staff.

We encourage vendors to be prepared for changes in weather for every event. Proper tent weights, plastic sheeting to cover product, and side walls are just a few suggestions.
