The Mark Brings HW Village Center Concept to Seidel Area

The master-planned design of Horizon West includes a commercial village center in each of Horizon West’s five villages, as well as the Town Center.  Each village center is intended to provide residents with access to businesses, eateries, and services close-to-home. Generally, village centers are designed to be located in walking distance to high density housing, and serve the residents’ many needs.

The Seidel village area (formerly known as Village F) is excitedly welcoming businesses to its village center this summer! Known as “The Mark” and developed by local Orlando developer Unicorp, this plaza encompasses  21 acres and creates over 112,000 sq. feet of commercial space!
