Among its key attractions will be a cutting-edge wave technology, capable of emulating real ocean waves for surfing. This technology not only positions the site as a premier destination for surfers but also underscores Ocean Sports Development’s commitment to innovation.

In addition to wave surfing, the facility will boast a volleyball court, expansive green spaces for picnics, a variety of restaurants, and ample retail space.
