PopStroke, an Experiential Golf and Dining Concept, Planned for Hamlin

PopStroke Marries Premium Food and Drink with Cutting Edge Golf-Entertainment on Courses Designed by Tiger Woods and TGR Design

May 2022 Update – Plans were recently submitted to Orange County to begin moving this project forward! While no opening timeframe is available yet, the intended location of PopStroke has been revealed in the construction documents.

Submitted plans show PopStroke Hamlin to be adjacent to the existing parking garage at Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, which is across Shoreside Way from the future location of Tiki Docks (described below). The PopStroke site is the same location that Horizon West Happenings’ events like Flavor Fest of Horizon West, Horizon West Fest and Horizon West Block Party have been held since 2019. Updates on those events will be forthcoming as soon as a new location is confirmed.

An exciting new addition is planned for Hamlin! A potential partnership is in development with PopStroke — an experiential golf and casual dining concept that merges a dynamic, technologically-advanced competitive golf environment with premium food and beverages.

Founded in 2018, the golf-entertainment concept is co-owned by Tiger Woods and Greg Bartoli. Each PopStroke location features two 18-hole putting courses designed by Tiger Woods’ TGR Design coupled with an outdoor dining area with a full menu, expansive variety of craft beer, wine, signature cocktails, ice cream, outdoor games, and playground.

PopStroke offers an opportunity to introduce new players to the game of golf in an environment that is welcoming and fun for everyone. They say, no golf experience is needed! The synthetic turfs incorporate fairways, bunkers, and rough as seen on traditional golf courses, but technology is infused within the golf experience to create an interactive and competitive atmosphere that’s fun and friendly for all participants.

Food & Drinks

PopStroke offers a variety of cocktails, craft beer, wine, ice cream and food at every location. Menus at the existing locations include traditional starters, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, entrees and a kids menu. Beverages include specialty drinks, soft drinks, wine, and beer in bottles or on tap.

Dining is available in the full service restaurant and bar, but guests can also use PopStroke’s customized mobile app to order drinks and food to be delivered directly to you anywhere on the course!

The ice cream menu is more than impressive with 24 flavors of premium ice cream and numerous “Signature Milkshakes.” Weekly events, Kids Night specials, Date Night deals, Happy Hour and Combo Golf/Dining specials offer something for everyone in the family to enjoy!

PopStroke and Other Future Plans for Hamlin

Headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, PopStroke currently has two Florida locations— Port Saint Lucie and Fort Meyers. An Orlando location in Waterford Lakes is expected to open in Summer 2022, and PopStroke has rapid expansion plans in Florida, Texas and Arizona. As for Hamlin, no timeframe has been confirmed for PopStroke construction or opening in Hamlin.
