Meet Jonathan Quiceno: The Marine Veteran Behind Bizzy Air

When you live in Central Florida, a reliable AC company isn’t just a nice thing to have, it’s essential. Jonathan Quiceno, Marine veteran and owner of Bizzy Air is building a company that people can depend on. For Jonathan, it’s about bringing the same principles of integrity, leadership and service that shaped him as a U.S. Marine into the way he serves his customers and community today.

Behind the yellow trucks, bee imagery, and “hive” language of the Bizzy Air brand, is something very personal. Jonathan has built Bizzy Air around the idea that people should be able to call someone they trust when something goes wrong in their home.

From the Marines to the Florida Business Community

Jonathan’s approach to business is deeply connected to his military background. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an infantry squad leader in both Iraq and Afghanistan, experiences that helped shape the way he thinks about leadership, responsibility and serving others. Jonathan was also awarded a Bronze Star Medal for Valor during his military service.

For Jonathan, leadership isn’t simply about being the person in charge. His philosophy is rooted in servant leadership, the idea that taking care of your team ultimately allows your team to take better care of the people they serve.

That mindset has become part of the foundation of Bizzy Air.

“If you lead with integrity and servant leadership, it becomes a force multiplier for your team and for the customers you serve.” – Jonathan Quiceno

A “Get It Done” Mentality

Long before he was running a growing home-services company, Jonathan was comfortable working with his hands. Jonathan began helping his father, a mechanic, when he was just 10 years old. He later worked in tree service and landscaping during high school and worked alongside his brother as a subcontractor for a pool service company. Those early experiences gave him an appreciation for hands-on work and for getting the job done right.

That work ethic followed him into the Marines and eventually into entrepreneurship.

Jonathan founded Bizzy Air in 2022, initially focusing on heating and air conditioning. As the company grew, customers began asking a simple question: “Do you do anything besides AC?”

From HVAC to a Whole-Home Solution

What started as an HVAC company has grown into a broader home-services business. Today, Bizzy Air serves residential and commercial customers throughout Central Florida with HVAC, plumbing and roofing services.

On the HVAC side, services include AC installation and repair, maintenance, ductwork, indoor air quality solutions and attic insulation.

They also offer emergency service and maintenance programs designed to help homeowners stay ahead of costly problems.

The expansion into other home services came directly from listening to the people already calling Bizzy Air. Customers were already asking whether the company could help with other projects around their homes. That eventually led to Bizzy Air expanding beyond air conditioning. The goal is to make it easier for homeowners to find trusted help without having to start from scratch every time something goes wrong.

Service Doesn’t Stop at the Job

Bizzy Air offers no call-out fees for veterans, first responders and teachers, a program the company describes as a way of recognizing people who dedicate their lives to serving others. It’s a small example of a much bigger idea: for Jonathan, service is something that continues even after leaving the military.

That philosophy also fits with what he has shared publicly about his transition from military life into civilian life. Jonathan was featured by CBS News in a 2015 story about combat Marines adjusting to life after service. In the interview, he spoke about missing the brotherhood and sense of purpose he experienced in the Marine Corps, and about finding a new mission in civilian life.

Today, his mission looks very different. Instead of leading Marines, Jonathan leads a growing local company. Instead of serving overseas, he serves homeowners and businesses across Central Florida. But the underlying idea remains remarkably similar: take care of your people, do the job well and serve with purpose.
