Part-time Line Cook
• Preparing a cold and hot line in the morning • Learning Franchise recipes and menu items • Working the line during lunch and dinner rush • Restocking and prepping items for next rush • Helping prepare caterings, large orders and meal plans in between peak hours • Side work that includes dishes, grill and line cleaning, sweeping of area, mopping, cleaning appliances, and racks. • Unloading the food truck and skilled in ordering food and supplies Qualifications include, but not limited to: • Line cook experience (preferred) • Food handling experience (preferred) • Serve Safe Certified (preferred) • Ability to handle fast paced and high stress situations during high volume hours. • Team player • Leadership skills and desire to grow with our expanding company Pay: $16 per hour— plus tip share
