House Cleaner: Independent Contractor
As a Housekeeping Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for providing thorough and efficient cleaning services to residential or commercial properties.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with client preferences and specifications.
Supply and Equipment: Provide all necessary cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment needed to complete each job thoroughly.
Transportation: Use your own reliable transportation to travel to and from job locations.
Follow Directions: Carefully follow client instructions and adhere to cleaning schedules and checklists.
Independence: Work independently to manage your cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
Promptness: Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and manage your time effectively to complete tasks within the designated time frame.
Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients to address any specific requests or concerns. Report any issues or challenges to clients promptly.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members or contractors when required, especially for larger or more complex cleaning projects.
Working Conditions: This is an independent contractor position, and you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and insurance. Work hours may vary based on client needs and scheduling. Some physical effort is required, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
Compensation: Compensation for this role will depend on an hourly rate.
