What You’ll Do
– Greet and check in patients with professionalism and a warm, welcoming attitude
– Present treatment plans confidently and answer patient questions with clarity
– Coordinate scheduling, confirm appointments, and ensure efficient patient flow
– Communicate effectively with the clinical team to maintain a seamless schedule
– Improve case acceptance through education, trust-building, and follow-up
– Help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial options
– Handle patient communication via phone, email, and text messages
– Manage daily administrative duties including check-out, billing, and payment collection
– Support a positive, respectful, and high-performing office culture
What You’ll Bring
– Familiarity with Oryx or similar dental software
– Experience in insurance verification, scheduling, and billing
– Strong understanding of patient billing, collections, and A/R management
– Excellent communication and multitasking skills
– Positive attitude and a passion for patient-centered service
– Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (a plus!)
