Hippity Hop 5K and Kids Races

Date: April 19, 2025
Location: Hamlin Town Center, 14111 Shoreside Way, Winter Garden
Time:

• 8:00am – 5K Start
• 9:00am – 5K Awards ceremony
• 9:15am – Kids Races start

Details: Embrace the Easter spirit with the Hippity Hop 5K, a delightful race suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Participants will enjoy a scenic route through the Horizon West area, with the added excitement of kids’ races to engage the younger runners. 

• All 5K participants will receive a chip timed race, t-shirt and finishers medal. 
• LiveTrends will provide a FREE themed and handcrafted plant to all participants!
• FREE Coffee from Foxtail Coffee in Winter Garden/Clermont
• All Kid race participants will receive a race medal and bib. Distances vary between 50 yard to 200 yard dashes depending on the age and ability of your child.

Easter Bunny Meet & Greet at Hamlin

Details: Following the Hippity Hop 5K, families are invited to a special Easter Bunny Meet & Greet at Hamlin. This free event offers a wonderful opportunity for children to meet the Easter Bunny, participate in fun activities, and capture memorable photos. Spring Fling at Horizon West Church

Details: Horizon West Church is hosting its annual Spring Fling, a community event filled with fun for all ages. Attendees can look forward to food trucks, games, music, inflatables suitable for everyone from preschoolers to high schoolers, and much more. The event also features Easter egg hunts with designated times for different age groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all children. EGGstravaganza at Crossline Park

Date: April 19, 2025

Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Egg Hunt at 1:30 PM)

Details: Crossline Community Church invites families to their annual Easter EGGstravaganza, a free event designed for all ages. The festivities kick off at 1:00 PM, with the highlight being the egg hunt at 1:30 PM. Beyond the hunt, attendees can enjoy free bounce houses, dunk tank, foam pit, and vendors. Food trucks will also be on-site, providing a variety of delicious options for purchase.

Easter Sunrise Service at Hamlin

Time: 7AM

Details: Gather atop the parking garage across from Cinépolis for a sunrise service led by Worship Leader Clay Crosse, hosted by Winter Garden’s First Baptist. Arrive early for a complimentary continental breakfast with freshly brewed coffee, available while supplies last. Service will last approximately one hour.

Easter Decorations at the Grand Floridian Resort

Details: Experience the beautiful Easter decorations at the Grand Floridian. The Grand Floridian is famous for its exquisitely decorated giant Easter eggs, made out of chocolate! You can also visit the Grand Cottage, a charming little bake shop offering Hot Cross Buns, cupcakes, cookies, and other Easter goodies.
Tips: Park for free at Disney Springs and take a resort bus for free over to the Grand Floridian. You won’t be able to park at the Grand Floridian unless you have a sit-down dining reservation. If you have an annual pass, you can park for free at the Ticket and Transportation Center, or pay a fee to park. From the Ticket and Transportation Center, take the monorail to the Grand Floridian.

Bunny Photos at The Mall at Millenia
